Pueblo's menu is created with contemporary chef-driven plates fueled by fresh Baja and local ingredients, and prepared with global techniques and recipes that are rooted in Baja culinary traditions and that emphasize seafood and lighter preparations. Pueblo's two bars, indoor and on the rooftop deck, pour beer and wine from both sides of the border and offer a varied selection of fresh ingredient tequila and agave-based spirit cocktails.
